About Dwyer Home Appraisal
Founded in 2006 to serve Clark County Nevada and the greater Las Vegas metropolitan area, Dwyer Home Appraisal is committed to providing our clients with a flexible and comprehensive set of residential appraisal services. We work very closely with asset management companies to provide support for real estate owned properties, but we also have extensive experience working with realtors, investors, attorneys and individual homeowners.

Fun, friendly and outgoing, Phillip Dwyer settled into Las Vegas and founded Dwyer Home Appraisal in 2006. Phillip brings with him to Nevada his years of experience working with REOs in Michigan. He is an avid outdoorsman and came to Las Vegas to enjoy the year-round hiking and outdoor activities, as well as the city’s fantastic dining and entertainment.
