As a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, I spend a good portion of each day submersed in the communities that make up Las Vegas metropolitan area.  Whether I’m viewing a home, driving the neighborhood streets, or on the phone to verify data, stockpiles of information is collected every day.  Wasting  this information on a single appraisal assignment no longer makes sense, when the ability to share it easily is at my fingertips.
